This is an ACLS REFRESHER course (1 day).

ACLS is an advanced, instructor-led classroom course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care. It also covers airway management and related pharmacology. In this course, skills are taught in large, group sessions and small, group learning and testing stations where case-based scenarios are presented.

  • You must currently possess a valid ACLS card in order to take this class.
  • You will be issued an ACLS card by CHS Mobile Integrated Health Care (on behalf of the AHA) which is valid for two (2) years.
  • Completion cards will be mailed to the address you provide at registration. 
  • Includes textbook if needed
  • Textbook may be picked up Mon-Fri (7am - 3pm). REQUIRED for the pre-class assignment.

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Classroom Course by The American Heart Association is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

AUDIENCE: This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

 Course Length: 4.0 hours

 Course Fee:  $45.00

    • You will be issued a CPR card by Henrietta Ambulance (on behalf of the AHA) which is valid for two (2) years. Completion cards will be mailed to the address you provide at registraion.
    • A textbook is required and may be purchased in advance from Henrietta Ambulance or at the time of the class for $15. Textbooks may also be purchased online in advance through these distributors: Laerdal, Channing Bete, Worldpoint.
    • Please note - AHA exams are now 'open resource', permitting use of textbooks and notes when taking the exam. 

The class is FREE for full-time residents of the Town of Chili, Henrietta and Wheatland (residency will be verified prior to class start).

This course covers safe driving principles taught in a classroom setting and requires participants to complete a driving skill component.

Heartsaver® CPR AED by The American Heart Association is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult/child and infant CPR, AED use, as well as how to relieve choking.

AUDIENCE: This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. If you are a healthcare provider (nurse, nursing student, MD, PA, EMT, dental office, etc.), this class is NOT for you.

Class Length: 3.5 hours

Course Fee: $40.00

The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid course effectively delivers the most comprehensive first aid training in the industry. This class is tailored to both employees of local companies as well as the general public.

Topics covered include first aid management of common medical conditions including chest pain, bleeding, shortness of breath, stroke and diabetes. 

AUDIENCE: All / Anyone

Class Length: 3.5 hours

This is a PALS ORIGINAL COURSE ( 2 days)

The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. These include personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.

This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes.

  • You must be present or the entire course. 
  • You will be issued a PALS card by CHS Mobile Integrated Health Care (on behalf of the AHA) which is valid for two (2) years.

This is a PALS REFRESHER Course (1 day).

We understand that sometimes cards are misplaced. You can order a replacement card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We can issue replacement cards for students who took a class with us. If you took your class through another AHA Training Center, please contact them to issue your replacement card. 

1-Fill out form and submit payment.

2-Once course completion is verified, a replacement card will be mailed to the address you provide. If you prefer to pick up your card, please note your request in the comment section. 

3-If you requested to pick up your card, you may do so Monday - Friday between 7am - 3pm. Please wait for an email confirmation that your card is ready. 

*Please allow 3 business days for yor replacment card to be ready.
